If you use Groups in Address Book, you can use the name of the group in the TO: field of your email message and the message will be sent to all of the members of the Group.
For example, I have an Address Book Group called "_Family". When I type "_Family" into the To: field, the Group name is replaced by email address for each member of the group.
NOTE: Things get a little bit sticky if the Address Book Card has more than one email address. Mail will pull the first email address listed on the Card when you are in Edit Mode for that card.
You can change the email address for the recipient for this message only by hovering over their name and then clicking the white down arrow.
To permanently select a particular email address for a Card, go to Edit / Edit Distribution List… in the Menu Bar in Address Book.
The Backup Plan is available exclusively on Amazon in Kindle format. A Kindle device is not required to read the ebook. Kindle apps are available for Macs, PCs and mobile devices.
