Lion added a new feature to the Help Viewer that lets you bookmark pages and view all of your bookmarks.

At the top right of the Help Viewer window, just under the search field is grey bookmark icon. To bookmark a page, click the bookmark icon and it turns red.

To see all of your bookmarked pages, click the open book icon just to the left of the bookmark icon. A popover will show your bookmarked pages grouped by app.

See how to keep the Help Viewer from floating on top of all windows.
