When you create a slideshow, it contains the photos you selected at the time of creation. As you go about refining your slideshow, you might decide that you need to remove certain images or add others that you hadn't included in the first place.

Here's how.

NOTE: If you are working with iPhoto in Full Screen mode, hit esc to get out of it. iPhoto just acts goofy in full screen mode.

As you work with your slide show, there is a strip of thumbnail images across the top of the window. This strip shows the order of the photos in your slideshow.

To remove an image from the strip, select it and press the delete key on the keyboard.

To add images to the strip:

  1. Go to your iPhoto Library or album that contains the photos you want to add.
  2. Select the photos you want to add.
  3. Drag and drop the selected photos to the name of the slideshow in the left pane.
Photos are added to the end of the slideshow (the end of the strip) but can be dragged and dropped to whatever location in the strip that you like.
